These Terms govern your use of MacroSwap. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MacroSwap.

Using MacroSwap

MacroSwap is provided for personal, lawful use. You are responsible for the information you enter, the choices you make, and ensuring that your device and software meet applicable requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse MacroSwap, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, use it to violate another person’s rights, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Nutrition information and results

MacroSwap is for informational and general nutrition tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee any health, fitness, weight, or nutrition result. Nutrition values may be estimates. You remain responsible for your nutrition decisions. Read the Nutrition Disclaimer before use.

Purchases and subscription terms

If MacroSwap offers paid purchases or subscriptions, the price, billing period, trial terms, and included features will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are processed under Apple’s applicable payment and subscription terms. RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status and access.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform settings before renewal. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests and App Store billing issues may need to be handled by Apple. No pricing or trial is promised on this website unless expressly displayed at checkout.

Intellectual property

MacroSwap, including its name, branding, app design, software, text, graphics, and other original content, is owned by MacroSwap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the service develops. MacroSwap does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroSwap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using MacroSwap at any time. MacroSwap may restrict access where these Terms are materially violated, where required by law, or where necessary to protect users or the service.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as MacroSwap evolves. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
